FOUNDED BY A CREATIVE AND AN ENTREPRENEUR FOR LIKE-MINDED PEERS
WHO WE ARE
From lived experience...

In Ontario, there is a significant gap in high-end design and consulting services, particularly for small businesses, the Francophone community, self-employed professionals, women entrepreneurs, and Black and diverse communities.
This gap stems from a lack of local expertise and Francophone professionals in design, consulting, and marketing who can deliver services that are innovative, refined, accessible, and aligned with today’s digital realities. As a result, many organizations turn to agencies based in Quebec. Yet, it is essential for Ontario’s Francophone communities to have access to experts within their own province, who understand their cultural and economic context.
To address this need, we support these communities in building a strong and credible online presence. We design modern, well-structured websites, carefully written and user-experience oriented, delivered on time and at a fair price. Our solutions are easy to manage internally and available in French or in both official languages.
Too many businesses and nonprofit organizations either lack a website or have one that is amateur, poorly designed, or outdated. Being well guided in the creation of digital tools is therefore essential to building a lasting and trustworthy image. Our mission is to provide expertise that combines precision, creativity, and care, in the service of authentic and sustainable success.
...to a transformative micro-agency

If this resonates with you, we’re here to help you move forward.
We are a bilingual, full-service creative and consulting agency, based in Toronto — distinctive by design. We work with small and medium-sized businesses, brands, nonprofits, and independent professionals, helping them build strong foundations and effective tools to grow with confidence. This initiative was founded by Chaïna, a Francophone entrepreneur from the world of luxury, who first set out to meet her own needs before extending her expertise to others.
It all began when...
While seeking to create the website for her haute perfumery house, she realized that traditional agencies offered either services far beyond small business budgets or generic, uninspired designs that didn’t reflect her brand’s refined positioning. So she decided to learn how to design her own website.
Hailing from a family of creatives and entrepreneurs settled for generations in Madagascar, she grew up in an environment where nothing seemed impossible, as long as you were willing to roll up your sleeves. She was also immersed in a dual culture of oral tradition, Gujarati and Malagasy, whose stories and legends fuelled her imagination. Finally, her education in the French system, her passion for art, her penchant for innovation, and the bubbling creativity in Madagascar—a land of artisans, resourceful people, and jack-of-all-trades, like many African countries—have given her a certain inventiveness, the art of storytelling, a classic, well-ordered aesthetic with a French touch, the love for research, craftsmanship and meticulous finish, and a taste for avant-gardism.
What she brings to you today
While her journey of learning helped her master the right tools for her luxury brand, it also taught her that time is the most valuable asset in business. She knows what it means to experiment, refine, and start over — and now helps others avoid those costly detours. Benefit from her expertise, artistic sensibility, and genuine empathy to propel your project forward — faster, smarter, and with purpose.
We are honoured and thrilled to have the opportunity to be part of your journey
A self-taught creative, she went on to earn certifications in web and UX design, graphic design, marketing, customer experience (CX), data analysis, SEO, e‑commerce, and more — developing her own integrated solutions. When she noticed that many other entrepreneurs — especially Francophones, Black women, and professionals from minority backgrounds — faced similar challenges, she founded a multiservice agency to support them. Today, she also works with community organizations.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, she built a career in academia, specializing in sociolinguistics and Francophone studies, and taught French language and literature from Réunion Island to Paris, Montréal, and Toronto. This background gave her a deep intellectual curiosity, openness, and analytical ability, allowing her to understand, guide, and communicate effectively with clients from all walks of life. She also worked for 17 years as a French-to-English translator in marketing, communications, e‑commerce, and digital services for major Canadian corporations and banks, including a period in the federal public sector — experience that shaped her broad and versatile expertise.
