FOUNDED BY A CREATIVE AND AN ENTREPRENEUR FOR LIKE-MINDED PEERS

WHO WE ARE

From lived experience...

1. A notable gap in premium bilingual services in consulting and design in Ontario, particularly affecting small businesses, the Francophone community, the self-employed, women entrepreneurs and minorities from diverse backgrounds.

2. A crucial need to establish a solid online presence, thanks to an optimized, quality, affordable website, designed quickly, easy to manage and update internally, and in both official languages.

3. A certain lack of local know-how, particularly in creative and consulting services, which are both adapted to today's ultra-connected world, innovative and sophisticated, limiting the upgrading of marketing and online commerce tools for the Francophone community.

4. And finally, the vital need to be well supported in one's project, to benefit from a fresh perspective and expertise that combines efficiency and kindness, to achieve lasting and significant success.

...to a transformative micro-agency

If you recognize yourself in this, we are here for you, ready to support you.

We are a bilingual, full-service Creative and Consulting boutique agency based in Toronto, unlike any other. We specialize in SMEs, brands, non-profit organizations, and freelancers, helping them build strong foundations and develop tailored strategies. This initiative was launched by Chaïna, a Francophone entrepreneur in luxury goods, to meet her needs.

It all happened when...

When she wanted to have the website for her Haute Parfumerie brand created for her, she realized that traditional design agencies either offered services that were unaffordable for small budgets or only provided basic, unattractive designs that did not match her brand's positioning. She then decided to learn how to create her own website.

Hailing from a family of creatives and entrepreneurs settled for generations in Madagascar, she grew up in an environment where nothing seemed impossible, as long as you were willing to roll up your sleeves. She was also immersed in a dual culture of oral tradition, Gujarati and Malagasy, whose stories and legends fuelled her imagination. Finally, her education in the French system, her passion for art, her penchant for innovation, and the bubbling creativity in Madagascar—a land of artisans, resourceful people, and jack-of-all-trades, like many African countries—have given her a certain inventiveness, the art of storytelling, a classic, well-ordered aesthetic with a French touch, the love for research, craftsmanship and meticulous finish, and a taste for avant-gardism.

What she can do for you

While she gained valuable skills, she also lost time in trials and errors instead of advancing her business with the right methods and tools. Time is precious in business—don’t waste yours; benefit from her expertise, artistic touch, intuition, and gift of empathy to propel yourself forward.

We are honoured and thrilled to have the opportunity to be part of your journey

Not being a designer by trade, she honed her skills by obtaining various certifications in web/UX design, graphic design, marketing, customer experience (CX), data analysis, SEO, ecommerce, and many other areas, enabling her to create her own solutions. And when she noticed that other entrepreneurs, particularly Francophones, women of African descent, and those from minority groups, were facing the same challenges, she created her multi-service agency in order to support them. Today, she accompanies community organizations as well.

In another life, she was a scholar in Sociolinguistics and Francophonie and taught French language and literature, from Reunion Island to Paris and Montreal, and finally to Toronto. This has given her a curious mind and an open-mindedness, qualities that drives discovery and innovation, and a great ability to analyze, guide, and allows her to communicate effectively with clients from all walks of life. Finally, she also worked as a French-to-English translator for 17 years in the marketing, communications, ecommerce, and digital departments of Canada's largest companies and banks, with a brief stint in the federal government, which allowed her to acquire diversified expertise.
